Return & Exchange
We want you to be sure about your set-up. We offer an extended 30-day return or exchanges window from the day you receive your item.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchanges
1. Contact Us: Email us at wyrdforging-customer-service@outlook.com with your Order # and reason for return or exchanges.
2. Receive Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack it: Disassemble the chair (if applicable) and repack it securely in the original box.
o Note: Please keep the original box for at least 30 days. Finding a box big enough for a gaming chair is difficult and expensive for customers.
4. Ship it: We will schedule a pickup for you.
Return or Exchanges Shipping Costs returns or exchanges are Free for customers in Germany & France. We cover the shipping costs for defective products or if you simply change your mind within the 30-day window.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
