Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all gaming chairs within Germany & France. All prices listed on our website include the statutory German VAT & France VAT

· Carrier: We ship via DPD/GLS

· Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

· Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery within Germany typically takes 2-4 business daysdelivery within France typically takes 3-6 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping to Packing Stations Note: Since gaming chairs are bulky, they often cannot be delivered to Packstations. You should clarify this. Due to the size and weight of our packaging, we generally cannot deliver to Packstations or Postfilialen. Please provide a residential or business address for delivery.

Damages in Transit We insure all packages. If your chair arrives damaged:

1. If the damage is visible upon delivery, please refuse the package or ask the driver to note the damage on the delivery receipt.

2. Contact us immediately at [Support Email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

Expedited Shipping due to the size and weight of our packagingwe are unable to offer expedited shipping, and we apologize for that.

 

 

Return Policy

We want you to be sure about your set-up. We offer an extended 30-day return or exchanges window from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchanges

1. Contact Us: Email us at wyrdforging-customer-service@outlook.com with your Order # and reason for return or exchanges.

2. Receive Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Pack it: Disassemble the chair (if applicable) and repack it securely in the original box.

Note: Please keep the original box for at least 30 days. Finding a box big enough for a gaming chair is difficult and expensive for customers.

4. Ship it: We will schedule a pickup for you.

Return or Exchanges Shipping Costs returns or exchanges are Free for customers in Germany & France. We cover the shipping costs for defective products or if you simply change your mind within the 30-day window.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

 

WYRDFORGING 5-Year Limited Warranty Policy

1. The WYRDFORGING Promise At WYRDFORGING, we build gaming furniture to withstand the toughest battles. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a 5-Year Extended Warranty for customers in Germany and France.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTE: This voluntary manufacturer’s warranty applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights towards the seller. If your product is defective upon delivery, you are entitled to statutory claims (repair, replacement, or refund) for 2 years, free of charge, regardless of this warranty policy.

2. Warranty Period The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.

· 5-Year Coverage: Metal steel frame, aluminum wheelbase, tilt mechanism, and gas lift class 4.

· 2-Year Coverage: Armrest tops, casters (wheels), upholstery (stitching, fabric, PU leather), and memory foam pillows.

3. What is Covered? We warrant that the structural and mechanical parts of the chair will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years.

· Failure of the steel frame (cracks or breakage).

· Failure of the gas lift (sinking or inability to adjust height).

· Failure of the tilt/recline mechanism.

4. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)? This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

· Normal Wear and Tear: This includes the natural softening of foam, flattening of seat cushions over time, or peeling/abrasion of the leather/fabric caused by sweat, friction, or cleaning chemicals.

· Misuse or Abuse: Exceeding the weight limit (as stated on the product page), standing on the chair, or exposure to extreme heat/humidity.

· Modifications: Any alterations made to the chair that were not approved by WYRDFORGING.

· Aesthetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes that occur after delivery.

5. How to Make a Claim To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at wyrdforging-customer-service@outlook.com. You must provide:

1. Your Order Number.

2. A clear photo or video showing the defect.

3. A photo of the serial number (usually located under the seat).

6. Warranty Remedy (Repair or Replace) At our discretion, WYRDFORGING will:

1. Send Replacement Parts: We will ship the necessary spare parts (e.g., a new gas lift or wheelbase) and instructions for installation free of charge. This is the primary remedy.

2. Replace the Product: If the defect cannot be repaired with parts, we may replace the entire unit.
