9. Is the wheelbase plastic or metal?
The WYRDFORGING wheelbase is crafted from high-strength reinforced steel, not plastic.
To ensure maximum structural integrity, the base is formed through a one-piece stamping process with a pipe wall thickness of 1.5mm. Unlike budget chairs with snap-in parts, our wheel mounting holes are precision-welded to prevent cracking or warping under heavy loads. 10. Will the casters damage my wooden floor?
No, our casters are specifically designed to be floor-friendly. We use premium PU (polyurethane) coated wheels, which are significantly softer than standard hard plastic casters.
The soft PU outer layer provides a "cushioning" effect that allows the chair to glide smoothly and silently without scratching or marring delicate surfaces like hardwood, laminate, or tile. While these casters offer excellent protection, for extremely soft wood or to ensure 100% long-term preservation, we always recommend using a floor mat as an added layer of security.

· 2-Year Coverage (Wear & Moving Parts): This covers the armrest tops, casters (wheels), upholstery (stitching, fabric, or PU leather), and memory foam pillows.
If a covered defect occurs, our primary solution is to send you free replacement parts along with easy-to-follow installation instructions. If the issue cannot be fixed with parts, we may replace the entire chair.
Note: The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover "Normal Wear and Tear" (such as the natural softening of foam or surface scratches after use).
